VESPA FAMILY

VESPA FAMILY took life from the idea of recreating that sense of aggregation that comes from every Vespa meeting. The research of the ideal place has not been easy. Finally we decided to choose the customs area (better known as “Porta del Leone” i.e “Lion’s Door”), a large area of 140.000 m2 near the center of Treviso and the Canova Airport, duly connected to the ring road and the highway exits, capable of hosting 8.000 Vespa riders, lots of visitors, Vespa lovers and all the people who will join this big party in the name of Vespa.
This is the ideal location for the Vespa Family.

In this huge area we are realizing:
 

  • A large equipped camping area capable of hosting up to 3.000 people, provided with showers and toilets
  • A guarded parking area reserved to the people registered to worldvespaweek
  • A large parking area for visitors
  • A covered expo area of 3.200 m2 with 40 stands completely mounted
  • A kindergarten for families, where you could let your kids from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
  • A big pavilion to meet all vespa riders taking part to the event
  • A stage for concerts and events
  • A VESPA FAMILY BAR
  • A FMI (Italian Motorcycling Federation) homologated racing track for acceleration tests up to 150m
  • An area reserved to vespa cross, trial and gimkana exhibition on ground • An area reserved to gimkana exhibitions on road
  • A large green area where to relax and have a walk among small markets and stands
  • 5 web cams to watch on internet all the competitions and concerts
  • Press room
  • Wire radio for the competitions telecast


We are doing all this to let everyone fully live the VESPA FAMILY as in a big family, in order to enjoy this five-day event of real fun, among concerts, entertainments, events, exhibitions, first-aid lessons, expositions, vespa competitions and much more.
The expo area will have stands, exhibitions, a projections room, a park for young vespa riders and a room for courses and conventions.
